dear internet,

it's me, scott.

no money for my funeral fund! shame on you, stupid inter-net! but it's okay, i guess. i haven't died yet, you know?

anyway.

today, while brushing my teeth, i must have flicked my toothbrush wrong, because i ended up with TOOTHPASTE IN MY EYE!! i'm sure this sounds like a minor thing, but has it ever happened to you? NO! and it really stings! a lot! i'm never brushing my teeth, ever again.

so yesterday (this is the greatest thing about nashville! so be sure to not stop reading this letter right now okay!) i went to a MUSIC STORE because i was looking for a banjo, right? okay, so i went, and there was this guy, sitting on a stool with two or three of his punk-rock friends standing around him, and he was PLAYING THE TOP GUN THEME ON AN ELECTRONIC ROCK GUITAR. hahaha. i almost fell down laughing! really! i mean, first of all. i think these kids were just there because they were in a BAND, and as everyone knows, NOBODY ELSE IN NASHVILLE IS IN A BAND!! and then, the top gun theme song! i mean come on!! i was tempted to run over to a keyboard and start playing the miami vice theme, but i don't know how to play a keyboard, so i just shot the guy the metal-devil-satan-yourock! sign with both of my hands, and all three or four of them looked at me all confused-like.

rock on! top gun! haha.

someone on the tv just said "stay tuned for a VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE" and then it was just some ad! for a car dealership. they were trying to trick me! that is like calling wolf when there is no wolf around, only sheep! now i'm not going to pay attention when there really is a very important message! and it is all the fault of this stupid car place.

i am capitalizing THING A LOT in this letter! hhaha i'm in a funny sort of mood.

i am going to write you another letter later because this one is getting kind of long and i know how your eyes can get tired from reading long things sometimes! sorry!!

love,
scott.
