dear internet,

it's me, scott.

today, i am at work. today, nobody else is at work. it is very quiet here, so i decided to write you a letter before going downstairs in search of lunch.

here is a list of things i have done to celebrate the holiday season so far:

1. drove to north carolina, and hiked around the mountains! we saw waterfalls! they were pretty. i can't wait to go back sometime.

2. played scrabble.

3. drank wine. a lot of wine.

4. drank so much wine that i spilled it all over a scrabble board. now all of my scrabble letters are pink.

5. oops.

6. ate christmas brunch at a waffle house, because it was the goddamn only motherfucking thing open. but it was still delicious! i stole bacon, because i am crafty.

7. built a snowman.

8. number seven was a lie, there was not enough snow to build a snowman. but it snowed! it was so pretty. i also slipped and DAMN NEAR KILLED MYSELF on the ice.

9. made waffles.

10. ate the waffles that i made.

11. they were delicious.

12. beat jenna at pingpong three times in a row, becuase i rule.

13. also beat her at monopoly.

14. and dominoes.

16. also, trivial pursuit.

17. and scrabble.

18. (she might try to tell you she beat me at scrabble, but i'm pretty sure she was cheating.)

okay, this list is way too long, so i'm going to go eat lunch now.
