it's me, scott. hello!

today started out very beepy. i am not sure what this means for the rest of the day. beepy is not always a good thing.

let me explain!

we have this alarm in our apartment. or, security system. whatever you want to call it. we don't use it, or don't know how to use it, or just don't want to use it. whatever. but this morning, at 6:00 am in the morning, it started beeping! beep, beep, beep. kind of like an alarm clock, except out in the hall. this made it very difficult for both teyo and i to sleep.

celine just said "i am quick with the shampoo.". haha. she should be in a wild-west movie, i think. with a big belt buckle, and a holster containing a large bottle of shampoo. also, a cowboy hat. cowboy hats are essential in wild-west movies, of course.

anyway. so the alarm was going beep! beep! beep! and i stared at it, and couldn't figure out what the hell it was doing. so i pushed a button (i think it was "#") and the keypad lit up, and it stopped. alarm systems are complicated.

i went back to sleep, then.

today at work, we are supposedly getting free food for lunch. free food is good! i will be able to finally go and find a bank on my lunch hour now, i think. it is important to have a financial institution in the town you live in, as it gets expensive to fly back to wisconsin every time you need to deposit a paycheck.

speaking of paychecks, this next paragraph has nothign to do with them! but that was an excellent literary transition, i think. i don't have anything else to write about. i think i'll go get another cup of coffee.
